Shipping Information
Orders are processed and shipped from the warehouse of Mei Wah Limited. Shipping timelines vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. Mei Wah Limited does not guarantee specific delivery dates. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Mei Wah Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond its control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight. Shipping is available to the destinations listed at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. The recipient is responsible for all customs duties and import taxes. Mei Wah Limited does not calculate or collect customs duties or import taxes at checkout.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it ships. To cancel an order, contact Mei Wah Limited at [email protected] with your order number. If the order has already shipped, you must follow the return process. Mei Wah Limited cannot cancel an order after it has shipped.
Returns Policy
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a refund. This is a no-reason return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. You must provide proof of purchase. The buyer completely bears the return shipping costs. Mei Wah Limited does not provide prepaid return labels. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Mei Wah Limited does not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that do not meet the conditions above are not eligible for return. This includes items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after receipt. This also includes items missing original packaging or tags. Mei Wah Limited does not accept returns for items that are not in resalable condition. Mei Wah Limited reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
Return Process
To return an item, follow these steps:
1. Contact Mei Wah Limited at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt to request a return authorization. Provide your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for a return authorization confirmation. Do not ship items without authorization. Mei Wah Limited will provide a return authorization number. Write this number on the outside of the package.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all tags and accessories. The customer bears the risk of loss or damage during return shipping.
4. Ship the package to the address provided below. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring the package is traceable. Mei Wah Limited recommends using a trackable shipping service. Mei Wah Limited does not reimburse return shipping costs.
5. Once Mei Wah Limited receives and inspects the returned item, Mei Wah Limited will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6. Retain your return shipping receipt until your refund is processed. Mei Wah Limited may request proof of return shipping.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund arrival time is at least 14 days from the date Mei Wah Limited receives the returned item. This period is required for inspection and processing. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. However, local laws require up to 30 days for PayPal refunds in some regions. Mei Wah Limited complies with all applicable local laws. Refunds do not include original shipping costs or return shipping costs. Mei Wah Limited does not issue refunds for items that fail inspection. If a refund is rejected, Mei Wah Limited will return the item to the customer at the customer's expense. Mei Wah Limited does not process refunds to a different payment method. The customer must use the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must contact Mei Wah Limited at [email protected] within this period. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photographic evidence. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted. This 7-day period perfectly matches the terms in the Terms of Service. If a claim is approved, Mei Wah Limited will provide instructions for return or replacement. For damaged or defective items, Mei Wah Limited may cover return shipping costs at its discretion. Mei Wah Limited does not accept claims for damage caused by the customer. Mei Wah Limited does not accept claims for normal wear and tear.
