Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by Mei Wah Limited. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Mei Wah Limited does not store payment card details. Mei Wah Limited reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory unavailability.
Product Descriptions
Mei Wah Limited strives to display clothing colors, sizes, and materials accurately. Actual colors depend on your screen settings. Mei Wah Limited does not warrant that product descriptions are free from error. If a clothing item you receive does not match its description, you may request a refund under the return policy stated below.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Mei Wah Limited provides tracking information after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. You must inspect all clothing items upon receipt.
Returns and Refunds
You have a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The clothing item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Mei Wah Limited will process your refund after receiving the returned item. Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days. This period is required for inspection, approval, and financial institution processing. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Mei Wah Limited does not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by you.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Mei Wah Limited is not responsible for delays caused by PayPal or local banking regulations. You must contact PayPal directly for any issue related to your PayPal account.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must contact Mei Wah Limited at [email protected] with photographs of the damage and your order number. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt are void. Mei Wah Limited will provide instructions for return or replacement. Mei Wah Limited will cover return shipping costs for verified damaged or defective items.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of vestvdvhy.com shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Mei Wah Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The total liability of Mei Wah Limited for any claim related to an order does not exceed the amount paid for that order. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law.
